Adobe Photoshop / Turning A Photo Into A Painting

1. Prepare a photo, not too detailed
2. Create a Snapshot of the photo in History Palette
3. Create a new layer and fill it with white
4. Turn on the brush icon on the Snapshot layer in History Palette
5. Select Art History Brush Tool and select a feathered brush
6. Dot all over the white layer with the Art History Brush Tool
