  1. Create a new layer and fill it with brown
  2. Filter > Noise > Add Noise - Amount: 65%, Distribution: Uniform, Monochromatic
  3. Filter > Blur > Motion Blur - Angle: 0, Distance: 45px
  4. Image > Adjustments > Brightness/Contrast - Brightness: -15, Contrast: 50
  5. Crop off the edge
  6. Create a new layer
  7. Set the foreground color brown and the background color black
  8. Filter > Render > Clouds
  9. Set the rendered layer to Color Dodge and lower Opacity to 50%
  10. Create a new layer and fill it with white
  11. Filter > Noise > Add Noise - Amount: 95%, Distribution: Uniform, Monochromatic
  12. Set the noise layer to Overlay and lower Opacity to 10%
  13. Create a new layer and make a slim rectangular selection
  14. Fill the selection with black
  15. Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur - Radius: 2px
  16. Set the layer to Soft Light and duplicate more
