  1. Create a new layer and fill it with light gray
  2. Create a new layer and set the foreground color dark gray and the background color light gray
  3. Filter > Render > Clouds
  4. Filter > Artistic > Palette Knife - Stroke Size: 30, Stroke Detail: 3, Softness: 0
  5. Filter > Noise > Add Noise - Amount: 15%, Distribution: Uniform, Monochromatic
  6. Filter > Texture > Textureizer - Texture: Canvas, Scalling: 75%, Relief: 2
  7. Set the layer to Multiply and lower Opacity to 30%
  8. Create a new layer and set the foreground color even darker gray and the background color light gray
  9. Filter > Render > Clouds
  10. Filter > Artistic > Palette Knife - Stroke Size: 30, Stroke Detail: 3, Softness: 0
  11. Filter > Noise > Add Noise - Amount: 15%, Distribution: Uniform, Monochromatic
  12. Filter > Texture > Textureizer - Texture: Canvas, Scalling: 75%, Relief: 2
  13. Set the layer to Overlay and lower Opacity to 60%
  14. Create a new layer and fill it with white
  15. Filter > Texture > textureizer - Texture: Canvas, Scalling: 200%, Relief: 15
  16. Set the layer to Overlay and lower Opacity to 20%
  17. Make adjustments
