- Create a new layer and fill it with dark gray
- Type text in white
- Apply Drop Shadow - Opacity: 25%, Distance: 3px, Size: 3px
- Apply Inner Glow - Blend Mode: Normal, Opacity: 50%, Color: Light gray
- Apply Gradient Overlay - Blend Mode: Multiple, Opacity: 50%, Gradient: Dark gray to Transparent
- Select the text are
- Select > Modify > Contract - Contract by 2px
- Create a new layer and fill the selected area with white
- Apply Gradient Overlay - Gradient: Transparent to Gray
